Encoding of csv files

• You can select the required encoding from the File menu.
• The selected encoding is then used for both reading and writing of csv files.
• Different encodings can be used for reading and writing.
• If you compare the following two lines, you will notice that the first line used the incorrect encoding. Getting Ă instead of ø.
• 4.2.11 GS225-000-203-A WASHER ø8.2 x ø25 x 3 3 3
• 4.3.10 GS225-095-203-A WASHER ø10.2xø35x4 4 4
